Customer administration

The customer administration offers you the following options:

Mutation and insight of your customer data

Information about the subscribed products and subscription periods

Portal entry for all subscribed products

Pricing information and payment options

Here are some explanations to frequently asked customer questions.

Register and login

To register for the use of meteoradar radar products, click below "My Products" on the link register and fill out the form completely. Please make sure you provide correct information. Accounts with false entries can be blocked without comment. New customers receive a free trial of subscription for radar thunder zoom for 14 days.

Are you already registered, then log in to obtain access to your subscribed products. Your registration will be stored in a cookie on your PC, you need to enable cookies in your browser. After registering, in the link-block "My Products" all products are listed which you have subscribed. In addition, you have access to your customer administration. There you can access your personal data and your subscriptions. You can also configurte the services meteoalert and the alerts of haildoc.

Lost password

If you lost your password you can set a new one by clicking on the appropriate link at the login page. You receive a link by email for temporary access to the customer administration.

If the login still does not work, please send an email to support@meteoradar.ch.

Mutate customer data

After signing up select the tab "personal data". With this form you can modify your user data including password.

Buy and pay

You can conveniently purchase the products radar thunder and meteoalert via customer administration. Sign up and switch to the tab of the desired product. There you can subscribe for a product via Paypal. Choose the options you desire and click the "subscribe" or "buy now" button.

Currently you can not yet subscribe for the products meteolocal and haildoc by the customer administration. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in such a product (support@meteoradar.ch), and we will send you a quote.

You can pay by telebanking or payment slip. Please do not forget to specify the purpose of payment on your payment order. It can take several days before the payment is received if you buy by post. We apologize for any inconvenience.payment instructions and banking details
